I got back on the exercise wagon (at least the "more exercise than Yoga for Fertility once a week" wagon) by doing a workout on Yourself Fitness. This is a "game" that I do on Playstation 2. From what I've heard, Yourself Fitness is a lot like Wii Fit, only this game came out several years ago.
You enter in all of your basic information, go through a fitness test (jumping jacks, crunches, squats, stretching) and then the trainer, Maya, helps you to develop an exercise plan based on your goals. Shocker, my goal is weight loss.
Once you've set up your profile, you can do workouts in several ways: cardio, strength and stretching/yoga. The game can even incorporate fitness equipment that you own. Maya does workouts with you in a variety of different settings (sky gym, dojo, meditation garden) and with different kinds of music. The more you exercise, the more options she gives you to work out (more music, different settings).
Watch out for that Maya, though. If you miss a workout, the next time you log on, she asks you where you've been and tells you that you need to have exercise be a commitment. I was gone for about 6 months, so I was worried she'd scream at me. (I got her though, cause I just deleted my old profile. Heh, heh, heh).

You go girl. And if Maya gives you lip, kick her ass.
I've been meaning to start the Wii Fit. Perhaps you will motivate me.
LOL! Sounds like a really cool way to keep motivated! Good for you!
