I didn't wanna get up. I didn't wanna exercise.
I wanted to sleep. I wanted to just get up and go to work.
But I didn't.
I got up. I walked for 30 minutes. I listened to the second half of the C-SPAN podcast that I listened to on Tuesday.

Good job you! I am doing the same thing--getting back on the wagon...and its hard to get up and do it. But, once you have done it--you feel so good for yourself!

Go you! I walked for 12 days in a row leading up to last Friday, I really struggled on some of them but I felt so much stronger after a few days. Then on Friday our dog got sick and is out of action for a while. I feel bad about not walking without him, but I will start again when he's off his meds.
I know how hard it is, but you really can do it. And you will feel great.
Well you are a hell of a lot more motivated than me. Good for you!! I bet you felt great for the rest of the day.
