Have you ever wanted to know what exactly is that green drink that they call Superfood? (Dmarie has been making it herself this past month). Just me who wants to know? Well, I'm telling anyways, because I just found out on a blog that I was reading for What Works for Me Wednesday (which you should really check out if you haven't yet).
Smooth and sweet, this gushing garden gulp is a blend of sweet apple juice and luscious purees of peach, mango, strawberry and banana, expertly blended with green foods including wheat grass, barley grass and wheat sprouts, plus other great stuff.
You know, that actually doesn't sound horrible. It might even sound, gulp, good. So, here's to Superfood (aka Green Crap)! You learn something new every day!

Superfood does sound yummy & healthy!
Thanks for visiting my blog - in case you don't check back for my response to your ?, I'll post here as well.
We have a Mac so I used iMovie (to gather all the still photos and video clips together, add captions, music, and voice over narration). It was mostly a lot of "drag and drop". I also manipulated each indiv. photo to slowly scan or zoom in/out (ken burns action). I then used iDVD to make the DVD with a standard DVD menu, etc. I then burned the DVD with iDVD.
Everything is very streamlined and easy on the Mac. They even have step by step tutorials on their website that shows new users how to navigate/use their programs.
Had we stayed with our PC, I had planned to buy Photoshop Premiere Elements & Photoshop Elements (software bundle) which I believe did many of the same things.
While it sounds interesting, I think I'll pass on the drink.
By the way, I've been meaning to comment on your blog for a while. The problem is, at work, I can view blogs and comments, but posting comments is blocked by their system, and I almost never check blogs at home. Tonight I am for some reason.
Hi, thanks for mentioning me. :-) I just got done drinking *another* Superfood drink, and for the commenter above, you really should at least try it! It's absolutely delicious if you can get past the fact that it's GREEN. It is extremely perishable, so not something you'd want getting lost in the back of the fridge.

Sounds healthy and yummy, in that order.
Thanks for the birthday wishes!
