Yeah, That's a No

Spotted all day yesterday and started a full flow today. I'm thinkin' this cycle is a Negator Skeletor.

Trying not to think about it and stay busy with work and holiday preparations. Tonight's cooking plan: baking up the My Mahtha Honey-Walnut Coin Cookies (I made the dough yesterday), and baking another of Sugarlaws' Apple-Banana Cakes.

I've been able to stay on the lower-carb diet throughout the past 4 weeks and will be continuing that, (with some allowances made for holiday food) hoping to keep my weight down for the next cycle and avoiding the possibility of gestational diabetes (fingers broken from crossing them for the gestational part).

I'm definitely looking forward to being able to exercise again. I've had to refrain since I started spotting, and, miracle of miracles, I actually miss it!

So sorry about the disappointment. Truly. I am disappointed for you.

Shana tova. May your heart, soul, and life find healing and promise in 5770. Thank you for the support you have given to me. It has meant so much.

Ugh that is tre awful!
I will also be attempting to stay low carb, but I just baked cinnamon and raisin swirl challahs with crumb topping, and they are calling to me ever so innocently. Sigh.

I'm sorry hon, that sucks.

But way to go on the carb free, that's very impressive!

Boo! I'm so sorry to hear AF showed.

I think its really important to indulge a little on holidays. Food is always so comforting. I hope everything goes well.

Hugs.

So sorry, my friend. Glad you are keeping busy and finding things that help you ride it out. Don't forget to take time for yourself just to feel, though - your heart is very important and needs attention, too! Just my two cents worth of assvice, offered with love.

Man oh man, this just takes me back to so many cycles where I'd be almost at beta, and then whammo, there it was - over and done. Gawd, it all just f*g sucks.

Give yourself a break, but yea, then get right back to the exercise. I find more than anything, it gives me mental balance I don't have when I'm not exercising. Something I apparently need cuz I go crazy...

Sorry to hear about your disappointment this cycle. But glad you have your outlets- stick with them for sanity's sake!

Thanks for your comment on my last post. It's so nice to hear from someone who is going through the same thing. I'm glad you're as content as you are about everything. My hope is that once we are PG and once the baby arrives, all the questions and anxiety melt away.

Boo....dammit. I'm so sorry.

But 'negator skelator'...still got a smirk. I love that. And the sound of those recipes was yum. And that you are exited to exercise is awesome.

The rest of the news in this post sucked.

Boo.
