WFMW: Fertility Help

I have always been a tea drinker, but never got into herbal teas until we started struggling with infertility. Now, I try to incorporate various blends to help with my overall health and fertility. I use ARTeas (assisted reproductive technology teas) from my integrative care center and I believe you can buy them on their website.

During my current two week wait, I'll be drinking an Implantation blend. Here's what's in it:

Lemon Citrus - for flavor
Wild Yam Root - Supports liver and balances hormones
Skullcap - Supports heart and essence; calms the mind
Chamomile - Calms nervousness; good digestive aid; anti-inflammatory
Red Raspberries - Good uterine tonic
Black Haw - Uterine tonic; may help in preventing miscarriage

Need ovulation predictor kits or pregnancy tests? You can get 10 for FREE from this website! (Hat tip to Hillary from Making Me Mom for passing on this offer.)

I hope it works! I don't really like tea, but I am trying to learn to like it.

Wow, thanks for the link to the free pregnancy/ovul. kits. Awesome!

I have been drinking tea, too. It's a blend called "Mamasita" from It has organic raspberry leaf, strawberry leaf, red clover, honeybush, lemon balm, nettles, dandelion leaf, partridge berry, lavender flowers, and rose petals. I had read that raspberry leaf strengthens uterine muscles, strawberry and nettles are for uterine health/bloodflow, and red clover for reproductive health. And it tastes good, too!

I love hearing about other people's ideas for things to try to boost fertility. Have you heard anything about royal jelly or bee pollen? I read that it can improve egg and sperm quality ... not sure if that's true?

Just a PSA that a commenter on my blog said the free HPT website is not secure...not that it's necessarily unsafe, but just wanted to throw that out there!

Do you feel calmer?

I'm sending lots of T&Ps your way that the teas (and everything else) work perfectly :-)

Implantation blend? I've tried everything else, so I may as well try this, too. I'm bookmarking it to order for my next cycle, even tough it's still months away.

Abiding with you!
