Shrimp and veggie stir fry
Whole wheat couscous OR quinoa

Ground beef with canned chili-style tomatoes and canned pinto beans

I always found planning meals to be very helpful when trying to lose weight. That and bringing much lunch and not allowing myself to go buy anything else (e.g all those yummy but fattening pastries). It sounds like you've got a good line-up for this week.

The menu looks great! I would eat that. (You know, if my kitchen were operational and not in boxes.)

Great meals. I need to get back to WW! I broke my toe over a month ago and never got back! I think I will take this post as my inspiration! Thanks! NCLM!

That meal plan sure looks yummy! Whoever said dieting sucks needs to have you plan their meals for the week :)

great list and records you are keeping.
Congrates on being an Iron Commenter.

Interesting to know how others are doing it.

I am commenting on more than 5 per day too .I started at the bottom of the list and working my way down so I get through the whole 214.

I made a blogroll out of the list so I keep clicking down or rather up every day. Everyone gets linky love too

I am so hungry now after reading your post.

see planning is a great idea. I need to do that. I don't plan, get frustrated and then eat whatever.

You're coming up my way this weekend!! Have fun in NY. The weather is beautiful this week.

Okay. I am a blogging idiot. I replied to your comment on my own blog. Sorry, still new at this.

Here's my reply..

"I like sweet wine too. We go to the Long Island Vineyards a lot. I don't know if you can find anything from Pindar by you, but Pindar, Winter White is yummy. The other LI wines that I like are a little too local to find out of NY."

Planing meals is a great idea, I can't plan my next outfit!! LOL I wanted to respond to a comment that you left me, and then saw that it was also in one of your posts this last week.... Yes losing weight to do IF treatments sucks, esp. when we see people who are bigger then we are getting PG all the time, the unfairness of it REAKS!!! I just had to keep in mind that the healthier I was, the easier a pregnancy should go... I wish you luck in losing weight, and hope that it happens quickly for you. Pretty big kick in the teeth huh??!! Hugs sweetie, you hang in there!!
