Is Eight Really Enough?

I have to admit that I have on occasion been able to sleep at work. If there is nothing on the surgery schedule and it's slow. Since the hospital I work in is huge though that is usually pretty rare.

I've looked at getting a farm share box of stuff, but it is expensive here and I doubt we'd eat everything.
